Announcing our New Appointment system
Important Update: Improving How You Access Care at Our Practice
We’re making an important change to the way patients access our services by introducing a Total Triage model.
From June, all patient requests will be reviewed by our clinical team first. This helps us make sure you receive the right care, at the right time, from the right person.
What this means for you
- Every request will be assessed by a trained clinician
- You’ll be directed to the most appropriate care: This may be a GP, nurse, pharmacist, or another service
- Urgent problems will be prioritised
- Many issues can be resolved more quickly without needing a face-to-face appointment
Why we’re making this change
This new system allows us to:
- Improve access to care and reduce waiting times
- Ensure patients with the greatest need are seen first
- Make better use of our whole healthcare team

Our team will guide you through the process if you’re unsure what to do.
